I am writing this review within 30 mins of my booking, I booked 1 room for Aug 30, I made the booking on their own website, while i was choosing the room and selected end of season 10% - It showed total of 104$ and after i filled out my details and clicked on Complete Registration - I see the confirmation mail with total of 116$ and Customer Care is useless. Great service! My check-in desk receptionist wasn't the warmest but she wasn't nasty or rude. The second desk receptionist was really nice and friendly. He also remembered us during the evening and asked if we had accomplished our goal we had discussed earlier. I thought it was nice he remembered. The check-out desk receptionist was nice and apologetic when I let her know we were not given new wash cloths after our room was cleaned. We started with 3 and ended up with 1. Rooms have all u need, are comfortable & quiet, nice place, close to stores & restaurants. I'd like they improve breakfast food, that is important to visitors.
