Been here for 10 years. Loved this place until now. The leasing lady LouAnn is unprofessional, very rude and nasty towards the tenants. She tacks on fees, and raises your rent in the middle of your lease. The dumpsters are always overflowing with trash, the sewage backs up every 2 months (take a look now and you will see feces and toilet paper in the middle of the street).
