I had to bring Giant Roostie with a Bad Tan here to (Chicken) Wingate Apartments, because he wanted to know what type of "feathered residents" were currently living there since he thinks that ducks are too loud and obnoxious to live with them in the same apartment ... Anyway, I told him that the residents were actually "fleshed residents", and that the apartment was named Wingate Apartments, because chicken wings is what the residents there typically ate. Welcome to (Chicken) WingAte Apartments. : )
worst place to live!!!!! if i could give it a negative star, i would. lived there for over 10 years and over time the additional fees have piled up. management claims fees are per each unit (square footage) but fees continue to rise month after month, but not the square footage. management is horrible, no answers on the office line, email higher up managers and get pushed back down to supervisors. they take no countability for anything.
Don’t move here. Still dealing with rats, thank God I move out this month. And the dude in the office is very rude. You can do better than this!
