Even before moving here, someone from QT management text me recently and lied to me that they had no available units at all. I went on their website and they had a total of 44 available units. Looking at the bad reviews and how they manage the properties. They have no right to be so picky with their future residents. No wonder why some of their units are offering 1st month rent free. They just lost a potential resident. Maybe their denial was a blessing in disguise.

Don’t plan on moving into this apartment complex. A family member moved in and they promised him one apartment & he ended up giving him a different one that was not move in ready. He spent so much time putting in maintenance requests to none were replied or anything was fixed. He had to use a lighter to start his STOVE TO COOK. Because so much was broken and he needed it fixed but no one was responding ge had to do it himself. When he moved out he left it better than when he moved in. Avoid Centerspace and QT management. Moved out in July after 1.5 years of living with Centerspace and 6-9 months with QT managment. Centerspace never got back to my maintenance requests, moved in with a broken toilet that never fixed, broken window that took until they sold the building to get fixed, sink drain also took selling the building to get fixed, left the grounds a mess, and picked favorite buildings on the rare occasion they cleaned (further from winnetka you were the better). Don’t plan on getting your deposit back. My lease was up June 10th. I did a walkthrough with the manager at that time I went into detail every issue the place had when I moved in, stained carpet greasy cupboards, wrinkled linoleum, nail holes, 3 of 4 burners wouldn’t ignite and the 4th was hit or miss. I used a Bic lighter to light a burner. I was leaving this place in better shape than I moved into it. Moved in September, from the second we got here it was a struggle. Tabbitha was the manager at the time and sent an unfinished invoice that our apartment was shampooed. It was clearly not by the photos. She stuck to her word that our place was okay but gave a 50$ credit for a rug doctor. If it was shampooed why would I get a credit. No one cleaned our apartment before we moved in. Spent an entire week cleaning the whole place before we could move in. No credit or anything applied.
