Heat is turned back on please turn it off. This is ridiculous it’s August. We don’t need heat yet. Turn it off
My friend also lives there...... the pool is disgusting. They filled it but haven't cleaned it or put chemicals in it. What a waste! That is apart of the rent for the amenities. She also needed a parking permit but was told they havent got any new ones in. Then guess what happened to hers and 5 other cars.... yes they got towed even though she was told they wouldn't get towed. Stay far away from these apartments!
Visited a friend - the pool is literally filled to the brim with green algae filled water and mosquitoes... Not mention it hasn't worked in a about 4 years, but I'm sure your charged for the "amenity" in your rent.... Roaches & mice everywhere.... I was flabbergasted I told my friend; "you gotta just stop paying rent and document until they fix it! Motel 6 looking like the Marriott rn...."
I had to bring Giant Roostie with a Bad Tan here to (Chicken) Wingate Apartments, because he wanted to know what type of "feathered residents" were currently living there since he thinks that ducks are too loud and obnoxious to live with them in the same apartment ... Anyway, I told him that the residents were actually "fleshed residents", and that the apartment was named Wingate Apartments, because chicken wings is what the residents there typically ate. Welcome to (Chicken) WingAte Apartments. : )
