The staff and the doctor there do not care about their patients and I’m tired of calling and asking the same question. No response from my messages to the nurse and doctor; no response to 2 pharmacies trying to reach them; got promised a refill and nothing after 15 days of trying to get it refilled; got hung up this morning.
RecommendedI have had the best service from Dr. Bennett and his staff than any doctor I ever had and I am 64 years old. After switching insurance companies I came back to Wingard. The staff, especially Erynisia are extremely knowledgeable and patient and take time with me about my doctor visit options.
Everything is excellent. Staff is sometimes overworked, but have a good attitude. Dr. Bennett is always on point and truly has his patient’s welfare at the top oh his agenda. He has stayed in his office way past closing time for my benefit. He has certainly saved my life and probably more than once. If one has to wait in the waiting room a little extra time it’s worth it to see this doctor.
Made an appointment, waited an hour. Didn’t act like they even knew about the online appointment. Needed to go back for fasting bloodwork and are trying to charge an appointment cancel fee for not going to an appointment they made for a drop in for bloodwork. Refused to give me billing information because said they didn’t have a number! Poor office administers.
Best doctor's office in Coweta/Fayette County area. I've been going here for pellet therapy and Dr. Bennett always takes time to answer all of my questions which helped me to feel at ease with my choices. Love the staff. Wonderful people.
Jennifer is amazing. She is very thorough with you. She has treated me for the flu, bronchitis, and injuries. I always felt like she cared and never rushed through a visit. I absolutely love her.
Charge me $419 to refill prescription for finasteride and montelukast. Absolutely do not recommend.
Went into the facility on Friday because I’d been sick. The doctor ended up giving me a steroid shot (no clue why, but I’m not a doctor so whatever she says) and saying she would prescribe some sort of nasal spray to help reduce stuffiness and drainage and such. Later that day, there was no prescription to be found in any pharmacy in town. I called them about it and first left a message with the management line and it was not returned.
