Highly recommend this company. The technician (Chris) was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on how to prevent any more mold from coming into my home without making me feel stupid. He did not try to upsell me or pressure me into doing more than I needed to. If I ever need work done, I'll trust these guys..
Dave came to look at a property for one of my buyers and he was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and kind. He not only gave us an in depth explanation as to why the mold was occurring, but also went around the home and showed my buyer other ways she could reduce and eliminate water intrusion in the home. Several months ago Dave came out after we suspected there to be mold behind some walls in a house we had just purchased. He was absolutely wonderful- super knowledgeable, kind, professional, and made the problem seem so manageable. We actually ended up working with another company that was slightly cheaper, but wish we had hired Dave on after the hassle of dealing with the other guys.
I called for an appointment and recurved a same day inspection. Chris, was professional well educated. His knowledge helped me make a confident choice with a sigh of relief! I highly recommend this company.
My husband has had some health issues and we were concerned that mold might be part of the problem. We asked for a mold inspection and testing if needed. Dave was great. He spent about 45 minutes with us explaining the ins and outs of mold, how it becomes a problem, how home humidity, furnaces, AC and furnace humidifiers interact and the issues that can arise with them.
