My daughter wanted wings for her Birthday dinner, after ten minutes of no one coming to our table we went and had much better food and service at Cancun. I recommend you go to Cancun it was excellent!!!

The service was excellent! The food on the other hand has just gone down hill. The wings were okay but they are getting bigger in size and not cooked long enough. Then the fries we got was over cooked. Really expensive too. You would think for the price they charge the food would be amazing. Kind of disappointing. Use to be my favorite place.
Me and my Husband enjoyed the Strawberry Virgin Dacaquries, the wings were cooked just like we liked them and our waitress was Awesome!!!!!
I would not recommend it, the food was not good. I was glad that i had a gift card however the waitress was great!
I called in an order. Showed up 20 minutes later to pay for it and they took my money just to say that they didn't know where my order went. Never again!
Bad experience every trip.. They don't seem to believe anything you tell them!!! Super slow service!!! Do not like this location!!!!
Love Buffalo Wild Wings do not love this location! Went there with my family last night was seated immediately however waited over an hour to get our food and when it came to the table it was obvious it had been sitting under a heat lamp. Waitress was very unattentive and only came to the table quickly to prevent us with our check. My daughter has told me as she lives near this location that this happens quite frequently. We will continue to patronize Buffalo Wild Wings but we will not return to the Western Hills location
Great food, staff, & atmosphere. I'll definitely be back.
