why does it take more than an hour to get food? Maybe you should hire more people. dissapppinted every time.
I enjoy the menu items but they have THE WORST wait staff of any restaurant in Cincinnati. I cannot imagine any of them make good tips because the service is so bad. The have one of the largest turn overs in staff of any of the local restaurants.
Awful service and management
And I didn’t think their food was all that good plus they weren’t crowded but it took forever for our food to come out. And it was a little pricey!
Went there strawberry daiquiri taste like perfume was in it .food took a hour to come out and manager was very rude and telling me to leave... don’t go there
after calling in my order it wasn't ready the girl behind the register call a customer b**** h** and everything else manager just sitting there looking said nothing the sheriff had to end it..👀🤔🗑
