Located in a really seedy part of town. No one to greet upon entering even those only 2 other tables were being occupied. Also could not locate any staff member. Waited 3 minutes and finally went and got the menu myself. Waitress was really confusing using terminology not in the menu. Their apathy was apparent in their service even though the restaurant was empty shortly after we arrived. They seemed "busy" and not attentive in the restaurant area. The truck was parked at Cottonwood High School for an event there. My friend bought a small thing of jerk chicken wings. He offered me one. I spend the entire night until 3am running to the bathroom every 20 min. When I saw my friend the next day, he said he went through the same thing. You need to be shut down for giving people food poisoning!
