Sometimes have to wait 20 mins or more to get ahold of anyone on the phone. If sick, don’t expect to be seen same day. If you are chronically sick, don’t expect a diagnosis, as they are not thorough enough or spend enough time really trying to find what’s wrong. As a patient, unless something is obvious, this is not a great place. Also, if you do not like the doctor, you have to leave the practice, they do not let you switch doctors within the practice. Maria Ortega is incredible and never rushes out of the room and always takes time to thoroughly address all my concerns, even when I bring my kids with me to my appointment! She genuinely cares so much. I’m so happy I found her.
I had the same experience as a previous review: I was 4, MAYBE 5 minutes late. I am a public school teacher and it is super hard to get out of work for appointments. I waited months for this appointment and they refused to see me. I was THE ONLY ONE in the waiting room. I even went back in after they refused to take me in and tried to make my case, something I would never do if I wasn't super desperate. They were SUPER rude about it. DO NOT GO HERE.
This worst place to visit ever in the US. Though Dr. Schoonover is a good Doctor but you have to wait for hours to meet that lady. It is shameful how this wing waste ur time. The schedule you at 11:30. Tell u to come 15 minutes early so at 11:15. Then you wait & wait and wait and the Doctor will see you at 1:00 or maybe at 2:00. Why the hell you guys at first schedule a patient that you can’t see them? Riuend my days always. Have to change the doctor.
