I love their wings but their customer service can be awful. If they don’t feel like taking anymore orders they will disconnect their phone. This usually will happen around 9pm on weekdays. For example I just got put on hold for 16 minutes before I hung up and called back and what do you know their line was busy. How, when I was just on the phone on hold? I’m hungry as hell. I wish restaurants would just say they don’t want to make me food so I don’t waste my time calling. I seriously wouldn’t be mad if I that was the case
