I just had the worst customer service from the manager. We picked up $37 worth of wings that were all overcooked, dry and burnt. I've worked in restaurants and know accidents can happen (especially when short staffed). Unfortunately, I don't have a car to return them.
This restaurant needs to train their managers on how to handle customer complaints. Our food was overcooked, dry, and burnt and when my wife spoke with the manager over the phone the manager gave the phone to the cook to take the complaint instead of handling it like a manager should. Very disappointed in their customer service. I will never go there again. Thank God Wing Stop is near me! 😠
Wing boss used to be my go to. Ordered all the time even though they always forgot the ranch when I ordered it. This will be my last time ordering their because I’m out the delivery zone although I’ve always ordered from there. Good food but nonsense.
The wings were too small , Never going back again Well not to that location!!!!
