They are thieves! I rented a storage from them last summer. I used it Oct 1st. Had all of my things out Oct 3 and let theme know. (I was paid to date) during moving our key got misplaced and let them know that. They told me they could cut the lock off and charge me the lock price. I told them that was fine. They continued billing me. I found key and took it in to them after speaking to them after not knowing for months why I was still being billed.
