He can listen but I found he was not the most careful and caring. He would recommend the cheapest medicine for me, which I greatly appreciate. But it would ultimately amount to nothing when he recommended me for in patient care. If no one is aware, refusing your doctor's referral to seek more help when working with Winchester Mental Health Clinic will bar you from seeing that doctor.
