We asked for an apology and exact replacement parts and for them to balance our new tires once again after they ruined 2 rims by leaving the skins on during mounting and balancing them. They refused on all counts. After days/weeks of headaches and worry, I ordered our own replacement parts at our cost - simply to not have to deal with them again.
