Went there to shop for monument, felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. I don’t need to see myself in a monument, I would visit it to remember my husband. There was no need in asking me if I had shopped around and the prices I got from other people. He ended up coming down some off his price which was double for the same exact monument elsewhere. Rude and disrespectful!
