I honestly usually have a great experience here but yesterday I waited for over an hour in the waiting room of the wrong waiting room and no one told me. By the time I realized what was going on they had already put my paperwork away and so I was waiting for nothing. I left very upset and the receptionist Rosa was very friendly and very apologetic

First time here such nice welcoming from front desk staff until I went in for my check up older lady with glasses wasn’t welcoming at all attitude wasn’t it, I over heard her talking to another patient about someone she had before don’t we sign a hippa violation for that exact reason?

My elderly grandmother was admitted to the hospital and unable to attend her eye appointment. I called the office as soon as I could to cancel and explain the situation. Despite it being a medical emergency, the staff refused to waive a $35 cancellation fee. Even worse, the manager refused to speak with me directly, and the receptionist made it clear they had no intention of showing basic decency or understanding.
