I have read the reviews and Im really shocked. I have friends that live there and they Love it there. I have also viewed the apartments my self and they didnt have any mildew or mold smell. After a tennant moves out the apartments are cleaned throughly and repainted for the next one. I have seen the police drive through while visiting my friends. IF I ever need a place to call home Winfield Estates is at the top of my list. They have activities for the Seniors and even plan trips, trips that are geared for the Senior level.T... read more

These apartments are a joke. The management doesnt care about anything that goes on in the complex. She has made the back part of the complex her own personal ghetto. It is not well taken care of like the front part. There is mold in most of the rear apartments that they will do nothing about. The sewer runs into the parking area in the rear. Work orders are seldom responded to. Yes the advertisemnt makes it sound like a great place to live, but PLEASE ,DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!!!
