While their stuff may look good you can find better products at a lower price. Their return policy is 30 days so if your construction project exceeds that there is no opportunity for returns. Check out the other great racking websites and avoid the disappointment of poor policies and customer service that penalize vinofiles.

Great local business that takes pride in making their wine racks in the US.
Awful service. After repeatedly being told my order had shipped, I have come to find out that it has not. And now no one will take my call at the company. Hard to believe that they manage to stay in business when they treat customers like this. STAY AWAY!
