I have spent hundreds of dollars on coffee from this establishment, over the past 6 months their quality and service has gone greatly downhill. I cannot tell you how many countless times I will order the same thing 24oz white chocolate mocha with 4 shots and whole milk... since when is white chocolate black? And even if I take it back and complain they still use regular chocolate, almost as if they were begging for me to make this review.
