Charlotte, service advisor , very knowledgeable with ford sync4 software, quickly debugged phone not connecting wireless problem and stayed after closing time to help me recover vehicle settings after software reset and reload.
I recently purchased a new F150 from Winegard Ford. They were fantastic to deal with. Quick to respond to my questions that i emailed, and Barrie called me back within 5 minutes of me sending my first email. Nice to see good customer service is still out there! The service department is horrible however. I went in for a recall , wasted a year waiting for parts and now they say I took myself off the waiting list which is just a lie. Amazing place From the owner Ron helping at 7 am to pick one out.To Zach that made this suck a flawless experience. from the finance office to the front desk. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody looking to buy a Ford vehicle. From personally making me a coffee and putting me back in the seat of a Ford pickup truck. I can't think the staff and the dealership enough
