Once again, Scott Wilhelm and his paralegal, Diane Shire, helped us with a small legal matter that turned out to be a difficult one. Without realizing it we didn’t have the necessary paperwork for a real estate transaction because of the merger of 2 banks. It never occurred to us that a title company would have to follow the paper trail of these non-existent banks. But it was Diane that followed that trail and we were able to close on time. Their endless efforts were remarkable! Thank you Scott & Diane.
