You want a lawyer that is experienced and on your side look no further. They have a great group of experienced lawyers and they fight for you every step of the way
The Estate attorney Jason Briel is very uneducated and lazy and sloppy! I fired him and very happy I did! Unfortunately he charged my mother's estate 4,000 for doing nothing 5 months!! Please do not use this guy for estate matters and go to another attroney for estate, wills and etc!

I hired Scott Wilhelm over 4 years ago to assist me in filing for bankruptcy. My bankruptcy went through but he never closed out any open ended issues with my mortgage and car financing companies. I completed all the reaffirmation forms but he never processed it. He signed something stating that they were not allowed to contact me so I never received statements and am unable to receive statements because of this.
