We had an absolutely fabulous wine tasting day with Pip as our host. She was so knowledgeable and made the day very fun and relaxed. The food was delicious too, and we came away having really enjoyed the whole experience. And we're now putting our new-found knowledge into practice!
Great day spent with my partner for our Christmas present. Pip was enthusiastic, entertaining and very knowledgeable. A great selection of wines, including more unusual ones like a white port to finish off lunch. Quantities for each were generous, maybe too (if you drink rather than use the spittoon!). I certainly learnt a lot and enjoyed my day. Food was good too Only thing I would change would be to have smaller groups, but I guess has to be financially viable. 24 people was quite a lot. I'd definitely recommend.
