Terrible customer service and product, I would not suggest. Service manager continued lying (said he would do this and that - and he never would follow through).
I had a problem working on a wine guardian unit for my first time Call Tech Support and a gentleman name Russell help me I was reluctant on what he told me what was wrong But if the following his instructions And he even shot me information and wiring diagrams on the unit I repaired If I would’ve listen to him the first time, I probably wouldn’t have spent an additional two hours working on it He really knows his product line And I would recommend any service technician to contact the technical support line felt great people... read more
