Ixtzel has been such a great host! We loved her energy and please always ask for her when you get a chance.
The girls working the downtown Napa location were rude as ever. No one greeted us when we walked in, adamantly ignoring us actually, until we decided to sit at a table - then were quickly told we couldn't sit there if we didn't have a reservation. Two girls in my group sat on the swings in the front while waiting, then were abruptly told they weren't allowed to be on the swings. Why have swings accessible then? Makes no sense. Laurra was absolutely incredible! Her humor, energy, and personality made our visit unforgettable. She truly knows how to create a fun and memorable experience.
