I LOVE their fennel pollen. I use it on my homemade pizzas and it adds just a touch of savory and a nice contrast. I also like it sprinkled on top of Meredith Dairy feta cheese on a crostini. I found this product at the Ferry Building in SF while shopping at the Fatted Calf store. Such a surprise to find a unique topping that pairs well with so many food items. Wonderful selection of mushrooms - we stopped in however no one was around we did find their product in Napa.
