I ordered a wine kit and some corks and they arrived to me in hamilton in only two or three days

Polite on the phone but beware if you have to return something. Apparently they don't check their mail box for weeks at a time and after ordering a $90 water bottle that arrived with a defect, having to call back a second time after the call for the return label was annoying to say the least. Currently still waiting on the refund for a product I paid for a month ago
