I have been to the physical store but I ordered some things because the prices were great and it was a Canadian company. To my surprise it came the very next day. I have never received a package that was packed with so much care and thoughtfulness. Everything was bubble wrapped perfectly. They didn't try to fit everything in one box. Polite on the phone but beware if you have to return something. Apparently they don't check their mail box for weeks at a time and after ordering a $90 water bottle that arrived with a defect, having to call back a second time after the call for the return label was annoying to say the least. Currently still waiting on the refund for a product I paid for a month ago
