Everyone at Wine Country Vet Hospital is just wonderful, starting with Dr. Klein. We've know her for a number of years and she has treated both of our dogs and all 3 cats and I wouldn't dream of taking them anywhere else. She even came to our home twice to help one of our dogs because her new offices weren't open quite yet. On a hunch, we decided to try Wine Country Vets bringing Izzy in for a checkup instead of driving into Santa Rosa each time. Boy are we glad we did. Dr. Klein is great. For once Izzy doesn't mind going to the vets.
Had a few bad experiences with other places and really wanted to find a place close to the house. Hands down the best place I've gone to. My fur kids approve...my very opinionated bottle cat felt right at home..usually it was me saying she's really sweet at home....as they wipe their clawed arms and made future caution notes of her hissy and biting behavior. Not here. :) Both vets are easy to talk to and Dr. Klein is so sweet. Staff is amazing. I wouldn't trust any place else!!
Dr Klein is the BEST! Will never take my pets anywhere else. Dr Klein has such a wonderful loving touch with animals, makes sure the kids in the family are involved in the appointment, and is always willing to think outside the box for the good of the animal!
I've been through a lot the past two months with my pup and trying to find the right vet and surgeon. I've been to five different places and haven't found a friendly face. I'm so grateful I found you guys and Dr. Featherston. Thank you so much for your compassion and overall kindness. Choosing Wine Country Veterinary Hospital was truly the best decision that we made for ourselves and our fur babies!! Dr. Klein is so warm and kind to them and is amazingly knowledgeable. Her assistants always make us feel so comfortable and welcome. We know that they will succeed in our little community. Keep up the good work!!!!
