They performed a routine pest inspection, instead they removed my vapor barrier w/o approval, then they're team squished my HVAC vent pipes so my HVAC motor burned out and I had to pay $3300 to another company to repair everything. They tried to say a rodent squished my pipes but if you see the pics, you can tell it was a human being from the size of the damage. And they refuse to reimburse us. I've never dealt w such unprofessionalism, I usually always prefer mom & pop businesses but this place was the worst.

These guys are knowledgable, honest and fair priced. Great communication from the office staff. So happy to find them and they are local to Sonoma. Contacted 4 other pest companies previously, 2 of which didn’t give a price, 2 others gave prices that were way overpriced for the work being done. Not only that, no one could actually give good information about the termite problem. As an HVAC contractor in Sonoma, it’s nice to come across a contractor that does great work for a good price. Thank you for your help!

Dan,the owner came out yesterday and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me instructions for diy and made cogent recommendations. I’ll probably do the work myself but may go with Dan in the future. Wine Country Pest has been giving good service to my friends at Cazadero Music camp for years…

Our real estate agent hired Dan for a property inspection on a home we were selling. Following his inspection I called him on the number provided by my agent, and which she used to schedule it, to tell him the house had been recently fumigated and historical signs of termites have been noted by subsequent inspections and he may see the same, however it must be investigated to determine if there are actually active termites present or if it is only signs left by termites that had been eradicated a few years prior. UPDATE: In addition to the below, they said we had dry rot and after 3 professionals thoroughly investigated, there was none. Had to get a termite report for refinance. Shopped around and Wine Country Termite price was in the lower range which was good-Worth two stars. However, the guy scratched our hardwood floor in our closet when accessing our attic. No question it was him because 1) the scratches weren’t there before and 2) he grabbed a ladder of ours from the front porch to get to the attic and the ladder had metal legs... read more
