Our real estate agent hired Dan for a property inspection on a home we were selling. UPDATE: In addition to the below, they said we had dry rot and after 3 professionals thoroughly investigated, there was none. Had to get a termite report for refinance. Shopped around and Wine Country Termite price was in the lower range which was good-Worth two stars. However, the guy scratched our hardwood floor in our closet when accessing our attic. No question it was him because 1) the scratches weren’t there before and 2) he grabbed a ladder of ours from the front porch to get to the attic and the ladder had metal legs... read more
