The owner of this business booked me weeks in advance with a 50% deposit, then NO SHOWED my group. Her resolution was to offer $100 back and rebook the next day for 7 people, not 10 because it would inconvenience her personal time. She’s not reliable, proceed with caution.
My two sisters and I were trying to secure a massage therapist for an event on Memorial Day. We had already reached out to two individuals, neither of whom were available. Wine Country Mobile Massage came through for us. They handled the booking and deposit very quickly and efficiently. Our massage therapist, Fay, showed up promptly (even though we were a little late) and provided amazing massages for me and my sisters. We will be working with this company again. Highly recommended!
Sarah made me feel calm and comfortable during my massage. She was extremely proficient in deep tissue massage and lymphatic drainage and left me in a much better place than before I came in. Highly recommend.
