Does anyone know if these guys are going out of business? I received a check cancelling my reservation with no letter or word about why they are cancelling. I paid my deposit and final payment, and four weeks before our trip, they sent a check cancelling the reservation. Help!!
Very relaxing - the host is super nice!
The Firefly Lodge was cancelled on me and I have yet to received my refund. I am not able to reach anyone via telephone and I have left numerous messages without a call back. I am afraid I have been scammed. Note: This home was rented for our daughter's wedding weekend and it is just weeks away.
Quaint cabin on the river. Gorgeous deck, lots of room for family reunion. We had a wonderful time exploring winery's and vineyards. Hard to find as it is NOT on the same street as its address. Was told needed a unique address to find it, but they gave me what must be a USPostal address. Not easy to find the first time. Heating, we stayed April 2017, is wonky. Basement rooms use space heaters which we did not leave on when we went out. So basement bedrooms were cold. They heated up over the next hour. Bathrooms were fine, bu... read more
Unfortunately we were unable to stay due to some unforeseen issues and requested a refund well within the time frame specified for full refund. I spoke with the person on the phone and was told id receive a full refund within two days. It's been 2 weeks and I have yet to see a refund and my card has been charged the remaining balance. I attempted to contact the company twice with no prevail. Careful making a reservation, if you need to cancel, you may have an issue getting your refund.
