It's the bare minimum. It's got cable, internet, fridge, microwave, clean beds, working shower, A/C. It's only $60 a night on the weekends... next cheapest hotel was $140 a night. Heck, a week stay only cost $260 if you pay upfront. Yeah, it's not the cleanest place in the world... and I didn't wanna sleep with my mouth opened on the pillow... but that's why you bring your own pillow to ANY motel. Experience was okay. It's a place for travelers, especially young men travelers who just need a place that's close to everything.
