Having the opportunity to be apart of Wine Country CrossFit has significantly improved my wellbeing. Whenever im feeling lonely, going to the gym immediately makes me feel better. Four months ago I could barely climb the stairs in my house. At 41 years old my knees ached under the extra weight I had gained from my sedentary lifestyle. Great drop-in workout experience! We signed up online before going. The location was easy to find and parking was readily available. We were able to view the workout online before getting there, and check-in was super-easy. The coach welcomed us immediately after we arrived, gave us the tour, and discussed the workout. Members were very friendly and made sure we were included.
