Windy did an amazing job on my hair, she's the only one I will go to in Madras Oregon...not to mention she's super cool.
Disappointed. Had an appointment and another person was booked in the same time. I made sure to take the day off work for a cut and color. Having a hard time finding a place that’s reliable and whom I can continue to stay with. Finding a place in the area seems nearly impossible
