I love living in my townhome! Amy Schexnider, the manager, is absolutely great! She is so helpful! I appreciate her going the extra mile! She is so accessible and prompt about returning my calls. She always remembers my name and that is something that shows me she is a people person! (As there are so many people who live here!) The thing that stands out most is Amy's kindness. Amy @Windy Shores ROCKS! Moving into Windy Shores Apartments has been the best decision I have made in a while. The manager Amy stays on top of her game. She takes care of every little problem as soon as it arises and her maintenance man Ram can fix anything you throw at him. After living a year in Rockport at an Airbnb that I will not name and having to put up with crap nonstop over there I can honestly say …you cannot beat this team of people. Amy will go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. My family loves her.

Windy Shores Hey guys these people work and work hard. No one gives them credit for staying late and taking care of business. I could on most days after closing time and knock on the door and Amy answers that door. She doesn't ignore she answers and many times I have called at 5:30pm and that's quittin time but Ram still comes out and fixes what is broken or not working.
Windy Shores is fantastic again. I have been here over 10 yrs and have seen many different managers come and go. This manager is understanding, works in the office/outside on site, and understands us. Which is great and a good change.
Great Manager Amy has made so many positive changes in her short time here. The atmosphere is so positive, as a long term tenant I am happy these changes have been made.
The recent changes have been positive. The new manager is straight forward and gets things done. GVA did right to send her to Windy Shores. Moving in a positive direction.
Terrible management I loved into these apartments in June 2019. The management at the time was amazing and problems were always solved in a timely manner. I moved out in January 2021 because of the new management. Johnathan, the property manager is very disrespectful, it’s been over 2 months and I have still not received my deposit back and he read used to answer the phone or give me a call back with an update. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Used to be Great The complex used to be amazing. A little Mayberry. Then they were bought out by GVA. All the staff were let go and it has gone downhill from there. Yard maintenance interior maintenance have dropped to subpar. They no longer have an exterminator coming around. And the new office staff are not very friendly or helpful.
