The Windy Saddle needs better customer service. They don't accommodate the working population. Instead of having a person at the register and person making coffee, etc. there is one for both. The staff is more in tune with each other than the customers AND the owner is rarely there. Last they overcharge for Chais and Lattes-5.00!
