Very honest retailer. I bought a heavy-duty 1500 pound actuator for a project. When I tried to operate it, the limit went in one direction and jammed. They buy these from a vendor so I don't blame Windynation. I sent an email about it with pictures of a cracked gear and bushing. They opted to send me an entire new actuator! I can't say enough good things about them.

This is why we need small businesses in America. you could spend two hours on YouTube trying to figure things out to order from one of the big companies with 1-800 number. Or you can just call WindyNation. In a 10 minute phone call we had a list of all the gear I needed. I drove right over picked it all up, put my system together. 9 months later some workers moved my mini shed off grid system. Some wires got disconnected and the charge controller faulted.
