This place is a racket. First, if you own your trailer, they will nitpick your yard and porch until they can evict you and steal your trailer. If that doesn't work they have their tow friends steal your car so you will end up behind and they can steal your trailer! I wouldn't want these people in my town much less my neighborhood!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TRUST THIS PLACE . YOU WILL END UP IN A TRAILER THEY FORCE YOU IN AND KEEP USING THAT FACT TO MAKE YOU PAY MORE OR KICK YOU OUT!! And they send a generic response to everyone.. then you call and nobody cares.. they in fact take nothing serious except your money! liars and trashy communities along with horrible staff!! I have nothing but great things to say about Andrew and Donovan the Maintenance team here!!! I came home to find a water leak at my meter. I placed a work order in and within an hour they had found the source and repaired it completely!!! Absolutely awesome and they had amazing attitudes about it. Highly recommend living here!!! Andrew and Donovan just saved me a lot of money!!!
