The pool is never open, it's always under some sort of repairs. When asked why they can't maintain it during the off season so this doesn't happen, they don't have an answer. This has happened many summers in the past. Get it together WM. You make more than enough off your tenants by gouging out their eyes in lot rent you can afford maintenance on the pool. ....and don't get me started on the lawn maintenance...
Saw an offer online and thought wow what a great deal! I'm so glad I looked at the reviews first. Thank you guys! I will not be processing my application and looks elsewhere. I'm sorry for anyone living here and being harassed by property management. Seems as they pray on the poor and I don't like that kind of business practices. I can see why the rent was low. There's always a catch. Beware....
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TRUST THIS PLACE . YOU WILL END UP IN A TRAILER THEY FORCE YOU IN AND KEEP USING THAT FACT TO MAKE YOU PAY MORE OR KICK YOU OUT!! Just wanted to come and give Andrew, the maintenence guy, kudos. My mom called me at work this morning to say that our laundry room was flooding. I hurried home to find the release valve on our hot water heater was leaking like a fire hydrant. Our landlord had a plumber on the way, but we needed to get the water turned off fast and couldn't figure out how to do so. Andrew was in the office parking lot when I asked if he could help us.
