It’s amazing how time flies, I first met Paul Wise and the team in 1999 for an injury in Martial arts. For nearly 30 years he has been treating me for major and minor injuries. Without out a doubt he has helped me as a martial artist and endurance athlete. Half the time he acting as a sports psychologist too 😅. I couldn’t recommend Paul and the team highly enough.

Had a trial at this gym the other day, and I was very pleased! The gym was a decent size with a variety of different machines. The machines were nicely spaced out therefore not felling cramped. They had water supply and GP on site for any assistance. The other gym goers were all very friendly, as well as the staff! Will definitely be purchasing a gym membership!!

I am a GP. Developed severe pain in my leg and I have been attending this clinic for physiotherapy. Brianny is the best physiotherapist. Not only she has excellent clinical and diagnostic skills, she is great with hand on therapy. Strongly recommended.

This clinic was recommended by my physio at Epworth. I read all the staff info and reviews carefully and selected Mark. I have been extremely delighted with the level of service and care I have received from Mark. He’s an excellent conversationalist, too, which helps distract from the sometimes, uncomfortable manipulations. I would highly recommend Mark if you’re looking for a dedicated, professional and caring physiotherapist.

Can't rate this place highly enough! From the receptionists to the practitioners, all my experiences at Windy Hill Physio have been nothing but positive. While I have used a few different physios, Paul has been my primary one since discovering WHP five years ago. Paul is an encyclopaedia of bones, muscle, soft tissue, etc, how they all come together and affect each other and exercises that assist achieve what I want or need.
