Honestly so frustrating they let you pay for a casual entry to the pool no problem, but then enter to realise there’s no lane availability for hydro/rehab. Super overcrowded with kids swim, aerobics classes etc. all at once. Third time this has happened. Worthwhile encouraging staff to make patrons aware before taking payment maybe?
