If you plan on moving into Apartment 308, do not. The land lord is absolutely terrible. You will be responsible for completing your own maintenance when the apartment is already in terrible condition. Planning on losing my deposit because he is unaware of what condition the apartment is in and is now accusing me of damaging it. If he does decide what damage is covered by maintenance, he will make you set it up.
Older condo complex. Halls are dark. Condos are decently sized. They have a private heated outdoor pool.
