Spent a weekend for a ladies business retreat and it was awesome!!! House was soooo cute! The cleanest rental I have ever seen. Fully stocked with all the essentials. Will definitely be coming back. Mrs. Sandy was a super nice host!!!

This beach house is delightful! My husband and I and our six year old son stayed three nights and enjoyed every minute there! The house itself is very cozy and clean. The owner has it decorated very nice! I enjoyed having coffee out on the deck in the mornings and our son loved watching the huge ships that went by. The beach was wonderful too. I highly recommend staying at this beach house. So very relaxing and peaceful!
We had an absolute blast in Surfside! It was such a quite town. The house was amazing with beach views from both decks. Host is wonderful and answers all your questions. We will definitely be back again and again! We just left and I’m wishing I was back there again!
If you want a perfect beach house, Windy Escape is your place!! The home is beautiful and the views are stunning!! I would give it a 10 out of 5 if I could! There is a reason it is a 5 star rating! We stayed at Windy Escape the week of Spring Break 2020. It was my husband and I, our teen daughters and five friends for a total of 9. Our hope was to escape the craziness of spring break in South Padre and still be able to enjoy the beach, and that’s just what happened! The beach house is so “cute” (remember, I’ve been stuck with teen instagrammers for days), and the hosts thought of everything. We used the golf cart which was a lot of fun. My family and I celebrated Thanksgiving here and had a wonderful time. The house is in a great location - close to the beach, the park and the pier. It was a joy to see dolphins cavorting in the Gulf and the birding is good too. Sandy is a supreme decorator. Each room had its own themed Christmas tree. The house is beautifully appointed, spacious and well stocked with kitchen and other supplies. Highly recommend it!
