Former repeat customer. Never again. I just brought in my Ford Fiesta ST, which is quite literally one of the smallest cars currently for sale in this country (considered a sub-compact). Windy City has a completely arbitrary pricing tier based on size of vehicle. I found out after looking at the menu that I was being charged for a full sized car. I'm very disappointed with taking my car here to get washed and detailed. For $50, I would expect my car to be spotless. I was informed the price would be $40 but halfway through them washing my car, the employee came to tell me there would be a $5 excessive "bug fee" for the front of my car. I inquired about this at check-out and they said that charge is for any bug, even just one but on their paperwork it's a charge for "excessive bug fee."
