We had lots of rain, didn't realize that my bedroom in the basement had flooded. I called Windy City Steam and they took care of everything for me you cannot even tell that I had a rain sitting in there for two days unnoticed, I can't thank them enough for their prompt courteous service of taking care of me even on a Sunday! Would recommend calling Brandon any day , anytime, great job! Stressed relieved.
