Dave was great. Perfect person for the job. He was friendly, thorough in explaining the work and left the decision up to me whether I needed the work done now or down the road. He left everything clean and was very professional. He’s the kind of person you would hope for when you call to have a job done.

On a Sunday afternoon my toilet became a fountain because I tried to fix it myself. Tara helped me over the phone and Max, the owner was at my home within 20 minutes. I'm 60 and live myself so I was terrified. Max finished in 15 minutes, gave me a much needed hug ( I never stopped crying) and did not charge me. I'm SO LUCKY that Tara at Windy City Rooter plumbing was THE ONLY plumber that answered my desperate phone call . Thank you Max and Tara
Drained my pipes… and my wallet to include my savings. Did a great job. Had promised to get my insurance to pay for the repairs. After the repairs were done, insurance denied my $12k claim. I understand it’s not their fault insurance denied it but the promises are what got me further into repair costs.
