George came out late Saturday afternoon to fix 2 leaking supply line valves under the kitchen sink. Was super quick to get to the house and attempted to solve the issue with a common fix. When that was unsuccessful he went ahead and replaced the valves and copper leading to the valves. Service was quick and. Completed within a couple hours of our original call. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them back for other work or recommend them. Overall a good experience with a new (to us) contractor.

I called Windy City Rooter for a sewer problem. Max the owner came out and gave me the news that he needed to dig my sewer pipe up in 2 places and replace the overhead sewer through the wall section next to the house and at the street under the sidewalk. When he told me price, 12K, I was surprised but I told him I have state farm line service coverage up to 10K per incident. He assured me that he would guide me through the process and he did exactly what he said. Max deals with these crooked insurance companies all the time.... read more
