Used this company to unclog a septic backup. Tech states that they don't offer a breakdown on labor costs. After completing the unclogging, tech states that if I had an external tank access port installed it, would have been $200 cheaper since he wouldn't have needed to remove the toilet. So, there is a breakdown in costs, and it costed me $200 to have him take my toilet taken off and on. David came out last night attempted to rod my main sewerage line which was shot. David was honest and upfront on everything. I unfortunately needed to replace the main line and which they were doing it found out needed to replace almost the whole line in my yard. Everyone was great to talk to and deal with. 100% not the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for.
