Max, Joe and team did an A+ job. We needed to install new sewer and water line along with a sump pump and some minor in-home fixes. They worked quickly with strong professionalism.
I have been using Windy City Rooter (WRC) since I have purchased my home in 2005. They have installed a sump pump and injector pump. I even had them repair several cracks in my foundation. Undercover Boss moment. Max came out & fixed my backed-up basement floor drain. He arrived within 2 hours of my call, identified that it was a check-valve issue, fixed it, then didn't charge me. I learned after that he is the owner of Windy City Rooter. They'll be my first call next time I need something.
