We had a plumbing emergency with some flooding and Windy City was the only plumber out of five that we had called to respond. They came out at 12:30 in the morning and we’re back at 7 AM to repair the damage and make recommendations to avoid future problems.
Max and his brother did a great job walking me through everything from start to finish. The work was done on time and with precision. They cleaned a mess up from a previous contractor. This is a great company with great people
Lake County Mechanical furnace guys recommended Windy City when they noticed that the sump pump and ejector pump were not working. Windy City came out the same day and replaced both pumps. Peace of mind. Thanks, guys!

I have been using Windy City Rooter (WRC) since I have purchased my home in 2005. My house was built in 1941 and has many plumbing/sewer issues. Windy City Rooter was my go to plumber for solving these issues. . My mostt recent sewer issue was my collapsed sewer tile. I called WRC.
