Beef ribs were underwhelming. It was pretty tough. Could’ve made this better at home. We weren’t expecting Texas quality beef ribs but we gave it a try.
RecommendedWe are originally from Chicago, having lived there 14 years before moving to the Bay area for work, and we can confidently say this is the best tasting pizza we'd had so far in this area. With everything that is going on in the world right now, and not having any real opportunities to go out to eat since having moved here right before COVID19 hit, we've been homesick and definitely missing awesome pizza like we had back home. Awesome deep dish pizza, barbecue, and friendly staff. I was dying for a good bbq joint near me and have tried dozens, but didn't find anything I particularly loved until I tried Windy City. Nothing compares to this place!
Many Moons ago I ate at WCP 'back in the day' down the street when it was Good.... Today I went back to see what was what...expecting a sub-par tasting experience. I was Humbly surprised to Taste the Most AMAZING deep dish Pizza, believe it or not the dough was like a soft sweet tasting crust that tasted hand made (which it is) The Best!
