Recently, our property was sold to Tomas from the Windy City HomeBuyer. I negotiated with at least 8 different companies involved in home purchases as a business. I decided on Windy City HomeBuyer for the way they presented their business operation. I dealt almost entirely with Tomas. Problems occurred due to the prior owner/deeds for the property. If only I could give Windy City Home Buyers 6 Stars they would deserve it!! These guys go above and beyond for their clients. Tomas has a wealth of knowledge in the process of selling homes and guided us every step of the way. If you need to sell a home fast in the Chicagoland area and need someone you can trust, I would recommend reaching out to these guys!
If you do any work for this company, get your money up front, or you might not get paid. I don't know how they are with buying and selling properties, but I performed some digital marketing services for Tomas, and he made up a nonsense excuse to not pay my final invoice. Its not worth fighting with him over it when I can spend that energy doing work for decent people who keep their word.
My experience selling a property to a company that facilitates quick property purchases was highly positive. Tomas's professionalism was evident from the outset; he maintained excellent communication via phone and email, accommodating my out-of-state location. The sale was expedited, closing just a few days after the tenants vacated. I especially appreciated Tomas's patience and his willingness to go above and beyond.
