Everyone here is very friendly and helpful and Dr Kupkowski has helped me get many issues figured out and treated. Communication is clear and organized and information is made readily available.
Sept 1st. Called to make a sick apt for telehealth OR in person.Was told they are understaffed, the first avail sick apt for established clients is Nov 12, and I should go to ER or urgent care! Portal MA responded the same- the MA replied I was not allowed to even ask my doctor a question.
Good people all around at this practice. Dr Merok is very attentive and really will listen to any issues you have, giving you the time to discuss everything you need.
I’ve had nothing but exceptionally positive experiences with the staff at WCHP. The front desk is kind, helpful, and responsive. My son has been seeing the Nurse Practioner, “Maggie” Margaret Gordon. Shoes excellent! She has gone out of her way to help my son with some specific things that were extra paperwork. Thank you Maggie and front desk staff! I’m grateful for you! Highly recommend!
