I recently went here for a physical and was very happy with my decision. Everyone from the front desk, to the techs/labs, and providers were very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend.
Everyone was very polite, helpful and professional. It took me a while to find a new doctor after my old doctor retired and I believe I found the best one for me. I was very impressed and very satisfied. Thanks to everyone.
Had a great experience with Dr. Merok and Ross. They were super patient with all my questions and really dug deep into addressing the root cause of issues. It was an experience that is far and few between with physicians now. The one qualm is with the blood draw. It was probably the most painful wound I’ve experienced after a blood draw. The nurse took quite a long time to draw the blood and remarked that I looked quite pale afterwards due to the amount of blood she drew. Terrible experience with their billing department. I had two appointments with them last year, a physical and a followup a month later. For the physical they sent the wrong lab codes to the insurance causing a whole mess took me months to fix. In addition they tried to charge me for an additional visit ($410) for a 30 second conversation around fatigue I had with the doctor as part of the physical.
