Excellent food. Great atmosphere.
Worst service I have had in a while. And we love Windy City. But these last few times we have been here we have had AWFUL service. I don’t even know any of the new waitresses or waiters but they need better training. It took over 30 minutes for our waitress to pick up our check and we had kids with us witch made the wait even worse. I’ve been a server for 8 years and this is pathetic. Y’all need to check your staff

Been coming here a long time. As of recent, the service is going downhill. Has been declining for a while, and thought maybe at first it was just me. Have also voiced this to some management a couple of times. Tonight was the first slower night I’ve been in there. And again a repeat. Service was definitely not what it should’ve been considering there were maybe 15 customers in the establishment. Service issues need to be addressed. Food is good. Service kills it.
Friendly people and service excellent comfort food.
First time at Windy City Grille. Had the Halas Burger. Best burger I've had in a long time! Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, will definitely be back again!!
